| Suresh Gopi's four releases

It is a crucial time
for action hero Suresh
Gopi, who has been a tough cop on screen in Malayalam
films for a long time! Due to his bad career planning
and selection of scripts, this National Award winner
(Kaliayattam) faced a series of flops; all of his
films released last year, including Bharathan, Black
Cat, Time and Detective fared poorly. Only Nadiya
Kollappetta Rathri became an average hit.
Now, the actor is eagerly waiting for the concurrent release of his four movies Laptop, Bullet, Collector and Aayudham which will determine his future. As on date, Laptop will grace releasing centres this weekend; Aayudham will be released on 8th August. The release dates of the other two movies are not yet finalized.

Meanwhile, Nadia Kollapatta Ratri, featuring Suresh
Gopi and Kavya Madhavan,
being dubbed into Telugu as Charminar Express, is slated
for release this month.
After the release of Bullet, director Nizar and Suresh
Gopi are teaming up again for a new venture titled Boss,
the shooting of which is all set to begin soon. Actress-singer
Vasundara Das will
be the female lead. His other upcoming movies include
Kavyam and Thavalam. Thavalam has already started shooting
in and around Theni.
